Giorgos mentioned that we didn't convert the entire repo, which makes it
far less interesting, but also we're not converting from cvs, but from
teamware, so we wrote our own custom converter script.  Teamware further
has the downside that not all the required information is logged for each
changeset, so we had to scrounge for that information in places that
wouldn't exist for most teamware repos.

On top of that, we have a mostly linear tree, so we wouldn't test branching
for the most part.
