Yes, but I want to put that line in <repo>\.hg\hgrc - which the docs
say is OK. I know about qinit, but onless I have the line in my
profile rather than in the repository hgrc, qinit isn't available to

The reason I want to do this is that the repo is on a USB key, and I'm
not going to have mq enabled in my user profile on all the PCs I might
be using the repo on.
