Yea, I'm doing it regularly, with a few local scripts (or hacks,
rather).  The only approach I could find was to have one view per branch
(config spec, actually), track all the file versions in it, and then out
of cron see what changed.  The file changes I would collect into
changesets, copy them over into my Hg repo (clone), and commit.

It's a pretty crude approach.  Let me know if you really want to see the
code (Perl hack).  But then, I can even do bidirectional :) not nice,
but does the job.
