kdiff3 is statically linked on Windows.
I am using the qt3 version, because:
- smaller, lighter (4mb vs 9 mb)
- had a few problems with the qt4 version (~6 months ago)

It does it "properly" but a bit different than others. I got used to
that the file list is always on top and can switch between files
quickly. The split view can be turned off in the Window menu.
