I've just uploaded a new installer. This time I verified the file size
was correct. It seems that sourceforge will take partial files from
their incoming ftp server if you're too quick with their admin
interface.

The new installer has no dependency on TortoiseSVN anymore, though it
leaves hooks (commented out) in the default Mercurial.ini so that the
user can chose those tools if they wish.

It uses kdiff3 for both hgmerge activity and qct's change selection.
It's also bundling plink.exe and setting it as the default ssh client.
Unfortunately it's not as easy to use out of the box as TortoisePlink,
so that piece will likely need some work.

The bundle is also including the forest and keyword expansion
extensions, disabled by default in Mercurial.ini.

Looking forward to feedback on what's missing/broken.
