Thanks for the tip, it is Mercurial 0.9.3 on FreeBSD. I am slowly
progressing on learning how to set up a repository there, the
hgwebdir.cgi is installed as well as a hgweb.config. I seem to have a
problem with the .htaccess file. It seems as if I must write URL as
URL/to/hg/hgwebdir.cgi for the repository links (first word on each
line) to work OK, I cannot follow the links to the repository if I
write URL/to/hg -then I get a slightly different, plain text table.

My .htaccess is similar to the one at section 4.5 Using .htaccess
file: http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/wiki/index.cgi/PublishingRepositories
- but I seem to require the hgwebdir.cgi in my URL.

I have also a question regarding the text above the referred
.htaccess, it mentions hg.cgi whereas it says hgwebdir.cgi in
.htaccess, what is correct?. Quote: "Here is an .htaccess file which
sits in hg/ directory on webserver and redirects http://server/hg/*
urls to hg.cgi script inside of that folder"

Regards
Torfinn
