Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I've updated the FAQ and fixed
the installer so it will be present in the next release.

Configuring tortoisehg.view = hgk doesn't change the behavior of the
'View Changelog' menu option. It simply enables the 'Revision Graph'
menu option. I've added this to the FAQ as well, to avoid confusion.
