Hi, I have been using SVN for a couple of years, and now decided to switch
to Mercurial.

I have installed Mercurial on a Windows Vista machine. The SVN Repo is on a
Unix machine on internet (https).

My .hgrc-file looks like this:

[ui]
username = Per-Olof Hermansson <perherman at gmail.com>
merge = TortoiseMerge
editor = uedit32
[extensions]
hgext.convert=

When I run hg convert etc, I get an error saying that convert is an
"unknown" command.

On one page on the Wiki I read the following:
Converting from Subversion Subversion's Python bindings are a prerequisite.
The bindings (generated with SWIG) are installed separately on Windows, and
can be found on http://subversion.tigris.org/ .

But when I go to subversion.tigris.org I cannotg find anything about
bindings, or Python.

What is it that I need to install?

Thankful for all help in this matter?
