Whoops, disregard this.  I'm totally conflating ideas.  I meant 'hg
pull', and now I'm not sure what I was thinking about not pulling
the incremental changes because I don't see anything that looks like
what I noticed the other day in 'hg help pull', but maybe I'm
running different versions at home and at work.
