"hg help bundle" is pretty much it, along with

The last link assumes that you are examining a bundle that someone else  
has sent you to compare against your repository.  It doesn't work to  
test the results of your own bundle command.  (Been there, done that,  
seen others do it too.)  If you want to see if your bundle has the  
contents which you expect it to have, you'll (AFAIK) have to clone the  
target repository and run the "hg in <bundle>" command from within the  
clone.  
I allow pulls from my repo at work but I only take incoming changesets  
via bundles.
