Question About bundle / unbundle

Hi, I would like to ask a couple of questions about hg bundle / unbundle :

First of all I am getting the following error and I am scare to try THINGS
:-)

$ hg bundle --base null /cygdrive/c/stuff/dev/Cognoscere200802232132.hg
80 changesets found
abort: No such file or directory:
/cygdrive/c/stuff/dev/Cognoscere200802232132.hg

Any Idea?

Seccond lets say I have repository A with chagesets from 0 to 50 and
repository B with 5 more changesets. Should I do the --base null?
