You mean mercurial developers?  Sure.

Note both ssh and gpg (@Arne..) come with passphrase managing agents 
(ssg-agent and gpg-agent, respectively).  However, it would be nice if hg 
would work without them, not only because not everybody knows how to use them 
(or has everything set up), but also because it is even more secure if the 
passphrase is not stored at all in memory (e.g. no other program could fetch 
the passphrase during a short time window unnoticedly).

I'd not call it a real "bug", but a justified feature request.
