Bug-tracker time-zone error

I apologize for posting this here. I couldn't find anything about how
to contact the bug-tracker administrator directly, or I would have
done that.

Back when I configured my profile settings on the Mercurial bug-
tracker, I made sure to enter my time zone (US Pacific time).

Unfortunately, I misunderstood the instructions, and entered it as
-0800 rather than -8.

Now I can't log in. Instead, I get an Python exception message
(“tzinfo.utcoffset() returned 1440; must be in -1439 .. 1439”). And
since I can't log in, I can't fix the incorrect time-zone myself.

Could the admin please reset my time zone to 0, or change it to the
correct -8? Also, I can send a copy of the error message if you're
interested.

My username is boredzo, and is associated with the same email address
that I'm emailing from.

Sorry for the screw-up. It dawned on me too late (after I'd closed the
tab with the settings page) that maybe -8 was what the tracker wanted.
