Problem with tortoisehg

Not sure it make any difference, but we just release 0.4rc3 recently.

I supposed you meant the 'Clean', a.k.a 'Unchanged' icon. What does
'hg status --all CallHandler8.cpp" if you run it at CLI (comand line)?

Would you be able to to recreate the problem in the small sample repo,
and email me the repo so I can try it here?
