Updated Quick Start and Usage docs

just a little feature request for the Mercurial-Usage-v1.0.svg hand out
sheet.

At all nice work and very good layout!

While I do prepare currently a talk about mercurial I do miss the commit
explained.
It is shown in the diagram but without telling a newbie something about
commit
it can become quite difficult to see why to use revert and others.
