Not that I know of :-(

One thing which would be nice for interoperability would be if the
convert extension understood the git-fast-import format
(http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/docs/git-fast-import.html).
Git and Bazaar have importers for this, and I believe the
bzr-fastimport plugin includes a Bazaar exporter as well.
