Other questions on remote http repositories

Again on remote http repositories.

I have a local repository where I use versioned mq . For backup I push the
main and mq repository to a remote ssh one.

I'd like to use http remote repository ... is it possible ?

Is it possible to create remote http repositories ? I tried hg init http://...
but it didn't work.

I saw in the hg help init that it is possible to pass a command to be
executed on the remote server... is it possible ?
