Hi,
I have a central repository which many people access and work in their
respective local repos. Now with a site-wide repo on my central repo, can
the local commits by the developers be monitored?

When I try to use pretxnchangegroup hook to monitor the push to the central
repo, it gives valueerror. There is already a bug regarding this. Now we are
not planning to move to 1.0 soon. So Can you suggest a way to either monitor
commits on the local repo or to monitor push to the central repo without
using local hooks or without moving to 1.0?.
