is there a i18n version hg ?

Will this mean that all the error messages will be translated? We are 
scraping these error messages for the NetBeans mercurial support, as 
there seems to be no consistency in return error codes, so looks like 
the translations break the plugin.

If so, is there any chance that as part of 1.0 we could have a 
consistent set of return codes for all commands?
