I don't think so. There was a lot of fuss about l10n a while back, and
so we did all the groundwork to make it possible. I've gone so far as
generating the message catalogs and testing that everything works and
even posted about it on this list. We could not have been readier. But
no one actually stepped up and did a translation.

Do you really think that was written before the first SVN .po file
showed up?
