We keep missing the deadline, when is it?

Here are some ideas off the top of my head:

- make mq/transplant/import more clever about transplanting patches
  (3-way merge)
- make parent-delta in revlog work with bounded I/O
- make renames and copies lighter-weight
- implement partial pull

And yes, please take the admin crap job.
