GSoC: project ideas, application

Okay, so I put some stuff in the wiki.

If you've got some time to review it and/or add to it, please do so. I will
probably also refine the application responses somewhat. Tomorrow, I'll take the
responses and put them in the form and our application will be a fact.

Also, still looking for mentors. Please let me know if you can spare some time.
Right now it's just me and Peter Arrenbrecht. That's fine, but one or two more
would be better, I guess.
