If the site gets used much, yes.  It would only take few minutes to add, but 
would cost $45/year for a unique IP.  (So far my only monetary investment is 
the domain name.  Yeah... I'm a little cheap.)

I thought about this, but I figured people are moving to syndication feeds for 
notification instead of emails.  Maybe not?  (It wouldn't take much to add.)
