I guess this means that my proposal for a local library directory, to
allow users to install the subversion bindings for the Windows binary
(see http://www.selenic.com/pipermail/mercurial/2008-March/017839.html)
won't make it in 1.0. No problem, but could it be considered for
inclusion at some point?
