I've had that test fail in that exact way since forever. IIRC we looked into it
at some point and it had something do with readline, but we never figured it out
exactly.

(The hgweb test failing was nothing serious; either you had some different tests
going on at the same time and interfering with each other, or maybe you had
killed of a test run which left some hg serve processes lying around.)
