Well, the hooks in ShareSource to power particular function (such as the hook 
for the -www repository) were not working.

All projects should have been able to have a <project> URL by 
just creating a -www repository. ( This will be re-enabled slowly across new 
projects until this feature is fully tested).

Also, because of the hooks for Mercurial not working, notifications to 
were not able to be done. Once again, this will be re-enabled in the next few
