Well, the hooks in ShareSource to power particular function (such as the hook 
for the -www repository) were not working.

All projects should have been able to have a <project>.sharesource.org URL by 
just creating a -www repository. ( This will be re-enabled slowly across new 
projects until this feature is fully tested).

Also, because of the hooks for Mercurial not working, notifications to CIA.vc 
were not able to be done. Once again, this will be re-enabled in the next few 
days.

No major issues, but show stoppers in terms of not being able to provide all 
the features that were actually there.
