hg forest extension

Try moving this file into the repository itself. That it, store it as
.hg/hgrc in the repository.

As far as I know, then the web interface does not load the same
configuration files as hg does when you run it directly (or it loads
only safe parts of them). So moving the config file might solve your
problem.
