FYI, you might want to first consider upgrading the Mercurial wiki to the
current major moinmoin release level first, which uses MediaWiki syntax for
links (see also issue917).

I don't think Matt is keen to waste his time on such an endeavour. moinmoin
is lean and very effective (besides, it is programmed in Ptyhon :-).

Mercurial wiki on a SQL database would be rather silly, IMHO.
