After I downgraded to 0.9.5 version hg fclone through http also working
now...

o add os.environ["HGRCPATH"] = "/<PATH_TO>/.hgrc". hgweb doesn't load the
default hgrc file....
o Downgrade my hg to 0.9.5. [hg forest doesn't work with 1.0 version]
o I am using [collections] in my hgweb.config and it doesn't list the inner
repos, so I have to explicitly list the inner repos inside using [paths].

With that hg fclone started working through http, ssh & nfs.

Thanks,
Vijayan.
