Splitting up wiki pages considered harmful

Ok. No further response from your side to my replies, so I assume my arguments
didn't change your mind.

Per replies by others, there seems to be _no_consensus_ for having subpages,
I've thus changed ProjectsUsingMercurial back to *not* including subpages.

Furthermore, I switched back to using the old stars format for the
entries, as you mention reformatting in your post. The single letters
are gone as well, so we have the old format back.

I wouldn't try to complicate that page myself with a table, but if you think
it is improved by doing so, please go ahead.

I will try to flatten TipsAndTricks next.
