[Hg Books] What about a french translation ?

great :) it sounds like i'm going to have a lot of reviewers !

I started my translation pretty much like the spanish guys. I got a clone of
the hgbook repo, and i did an hg copy en fr. Then i started translating in
the fr directory.

I'll put this repo online as soon as i can... I also started translating the
.po file. What is tricky is that most messages i never saw them "live" so
i'm not really sure i'm translating them quite appropriatly... So, here,
more than anywhere else, reviews well be appreciated !
