Feature request: Automatic identification of interactive commands

I use (and like) the PagerExtension, and I have noticed that my "ignore"
list is growing very large.

I could just turn the PagerExtension on for particular commands (using
"attend"), and I may end up doing that in the end, but I like the idea
of having it on for lots of commands and aliases.

The problem is that Pager has no way to know when a command is
interactive. As a consequence, commands like

	hg merge

have ugly results (e.g., when a manual 3-way merge is required).

It would be nice if Mercurial commands that were POTENTIALLY interactive
could somehow be "flagged" so that Pager (and other extensions?) could
/automatically/ exclude them from their list.

Would that not be a nice addition?
