deps extension

Hi all,

I'm trying to make use of the deps extension but I'm kind of wondering how
one might use it. The problem I have with the extension is that you have to
set up the [deps] section in your repositories .hg/hgrc and this doesn't get
transferred when you do a pull/push/clone. So anyone cloning the repository
would have to set this up themselves which is somewhat annoying. I suppose
this is potentially a local configuration that folks would like to customize
but the locations of remote repositories for dependecies is not likely
something that would need to be customized.

Anyone have some thoughts as to how dependencies could be managed nicely?
