Can it be that the four parameters for http_proxy can actually only be globally defined in ~/.hgrc??? Google did not give me any hints otherwise. Guess I am stuck here. Looks like I have to globally define the proxy settings and define exceptions using its "no" option. Please correct me if I am wrong.
