Whether Mercuril will participate GSoc 2009?

Hi, all!

I'm Vivian, a university student majoring in Computer Science. I'm
interesting in Mercurial.

As we know, Mercurial has participated in GSOC 2008, and two students have
passed the final evaluation. Congratulations! On the other hand, I have
gotten the message from Moinmoin wiki [http://moinmo.in/GoogleSoc2009] that
GSOC 2009 is coming.

I wonder whether Mercuril will participate in GSoc 2009. If so, I would like
to be a student volunteer.
