While we're html'ing.  TortoiseHg could use a decent 'first time' web
page for introducing new users.  A page that explains how THG is built
on shell extensions, with links to the THG home page, etc.  I can fill
in most of the content, but it would be nice if it didn't look like
the web circa '93.

Any volunteers?
