Sorry, this paragraph is a bit obscure.  It means that Mercurial offers
two different default paths for pull and push, so that might give you a
hint to configure different URLs for pushing and pulling.

Combined with the fact that you potentially want to issue username and
password in the push URL, this is probably the best shot.
