A Usecase: An outgoing hook which parses mardown files to HTML and a second
one which uploads them.

A Workflow: I work offline until I have the site in a state I want to publish.
Then I push it into a shared repository and use an FTP upload to get it on my
simple FTP server.

Another usecase: Always up to date snapshots of approved code. Smaller
projects could have a "build and upload on push" workflow.

Besides: Always uploading the files from the store has its own uses which
definitely go beyond simple FTP mirroring. For example it avoids putting
backup and temporary files online. I can still use lftp for my push-uploads,
but that makes the workflow off limits for Windows users.

Best wishes,
Arne
