2x things:

Firstly, although my repo seems ok, I am stuck in my tracks as without 
update working, I can't get at my files to create the next version of my 
project !!

Secondly, amending a typo in orig. post:

"I presume this means everything is ok ? (though it was be reassuring if the 
output clarified this)"

should read:

"I presume this means everything is ok ? (though it WOULD be reassuring if 
the output clarified this)"
