Yes and no. It really should, but the nautilus-python extension folder 
has different locations on 32 and 64 bit. The best solution would be if 
nautilus-python used the same location on all platforms... But the core 
tortoisehg could probably be made noarch.

And apparently nobody ever tested it on 64 bit before I tried to build 
yesterday; it doesn't work with setup.py as it is ...
