TortoiseHg 0.8 and pull error

Yes, I'm using fixutf8 extension, from 
http://bitbucket.org/stefanrusek/hg-fixutf8/ and it's up-to-date. 
Disabling this extension makes the problem disappear in this case (the 
particular repository I was testing has only ASCII filenames).
