Application Updater using Mercurial

Not an application updater, but an addon-manager: http://bitbucket.org/face/coiclient
No Python, though...

Would be really interesting to see your solution. Despite some folks keep telling me that a DVCS is overkill for such applications, I think the approach is promising.
