Problem with aliases in hg 1.3

When you installed 1.3 did you install over the old version? Then
the extension might still be in the hgext folder, which again
might make such things hard to detect. -- But you're right, it
would be a welcome additional service ;-)

It would be nice if setup.py (and consequently hg's make) had an
uninstall target. I sometimes remove the {mercurial,hgext}
folders before an install to avoid cluttering the install with
outdated files.
