utf-8 problem in email notification!

HI:
	Tyvm for the reply. Now i have a utf-8 message notification , but just the 
body! My message subject was still in wrong encoding, something like 
?iso-8859-1?q?.

	I have checked the hgrc config [ui] section and [email] "charsets" section, 
but none of them works. Any Idea?
