[ANN] MercusialEclipse and HgEclipse will join its devsites

Hello all

For a while Intland has taken a bigger part of the development in MercurialEclipse
(eclipse plugin for Mercurial) they have also done a 1.5 release under the name
HgEclipse. It was released from the Intland dev site/branch on javaforge and used
a different name so there should not be any confusions, since there was two devsites.

The longterm plan has been to merge the devsites, and the current plan is to do
this quite soon. The plan is that the MercurialEclipse bitbucket site
will be moved/merged to the HgEclipse javaforge devisite, and the plugin will
be renamed to MercurialEclipse on that site.

I hope this will not cause to much trouble for anyone but looking at the current
incomming patch rate I guess most people are using the plugin now and not hacking
on it and this is understandable as the plugin is quite usable now.
