Fixcase Extension Error

Thats probably why it didn't do anything then :) We got things settled by running convert and excluding the files in the history. Not the most efficient way, but it worked with a small subset of files.

I do think the additional switch is necessary, though.

Matt,

The extension is pretty much useless with the current casefold handling
in Mercurial on windows.
'hg stat' doesn't distinguish the case of names of version controlled
files.
It won't list the files that had the filename case changed, and the
extension won't change them back like it used.

For me the case of files on disk is important due to some cygwin
scripts, so I am using a patch that makes hg recognise the case change
on windows.
This behaviour is on a config file switch. I can share the patch if
there's interest.
