Hooks and PYTHONPATH

Hi all,

the hg book mentions """The module in which a hook lives is
automatically imported when a hook is run. So long as you have the
module name and PYTHONPATH right, it should “just work”.""". It would
be convenient if PYTHONPATH could also be set or adjusted from within
Mercurial itself, i.e. in as an option in a config file, instead of
having to set it externally. Is there a way to achieve this now and if
not, is it a reasonable feature request ?
