Hello all,

In the catecory YAHBMG (Yet Another Half-Baked Mercurial Gui), I'd like to
announce my contender: HgExplorer.

What is different in this tool compared to others ?

Well:

A) It has much less functionality and is probably crashing a lot more ;-)

B) It is written by someone who actually *liked* Visual Sourcesafe...

C) It tries to be usable by people who have used VSS (It is already much
better than version 0.3.0, THAT was bad ;-)

Other things:
-Wraps hg using QProcess. Functionality so far:
-Add, Remove, Commit, Revert, Update, Update to revision, Merge, Resolve,
Annotate, Init, Clone (only from), Push , Pull, Incoming
-3 kinds of diffs:
-filediff working folder file vs. local repo parent
-folderdiff working folders vs. local repo parent
  -changesetdiff
-Uses kdiff3, hg graphlog, nuvola icons, Qt 4.6.2.

The project is hosted on Googlecode: http://code.google.com/p/hgexplorer/

Binaries for Windows (needs hg, python, kdiff3, realistically tortoisehg ;-)
and Linux (you know how to solve dependencies, don't you ;-) are there, as
well as QtCreator project sources. License is lgpl.

Cheers,

JK
