Interesting.

We use a simple extension to check in hg revisions to TFS and update 
work items extracting "WI###" strings from revision titles by calling 
tf.exe.
Corporate TFS policy requires work item association with TFS check ins.
Unfortunately this is not supported by tf.exe, so the check boxes have 
to be set manually in a pop up dialog.
Do you know if this MS web services API that you use would possibly 
allow to do a TFS check in and associate with work items?
