Portable version of Mercurial 1.5.1

Just grab the directory from TortoiseHg and put it somewhere.  I used
to use Universal Extractor to get it from the install EXE, but now
that they use MSI, there's probably another tool.  Or, you can just
get it from an installation -- I've done that also.  It's nice because
you have the gui also --- just run hgtk [command].
